I think an important aspect of the review is the piece about Ford creating "permission to believe".&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I also think that the positioning as "tough" works better than you give credit.  the f-150 targets a different demographic than jeep or hummer and the folks thatlove their fords are elitists who snub their nose at "monied" folk who drive those tough guy wanna be vehicles.  &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;these are the types of folks who believe their ford can do anything that a jeep can do and do it better.
