They send me an email with confirmation number and when i called them to ask for hotel addr i booked for, they never had any information about it. I had a lot of inconvenience that day to find another hotel. Now, after one month the other hotel charges me $100 for not showing up on the hotel and when I called hotel.com they say that they do not still have any of my information so they cannot help me. What the F*** is this customer service an how the f*** did the hotel get my information !!!
Yes they dont speak english, freak** bullshit. They don't understand your problems and have to explain them 100 times. 2 Bad man, 2 bad !

Hotels.com is a total ripoff. I made reservations and then needed to modify them because I was not required to stay on my business trip as long as I thought. THEY had already paid the entire amount with MY credit card and said it was non-refundable. I looked at my email confirmation and when they sent the email it was too late to modify the dates. So now, I'm out $350+ out of my pocket. I've never had another website do business like this. I will NEVER use this site again and I'm going to make sure as many people know this as possible.

Hotels. com is a rip. They promised gas cards for our booking and then said we did not put the code in. They are very rude and unresponsive.
Go direct to hetels you will get a better rate and service.

Don't believe a word of the ads! Their DEAL was higher than calling the hotel and getting the regular rate. with a lillte work we reserved the same room for 20% less. Called hotels.com (on hold for thirty min.) and they could not match the rate we received, they said they will fully refund our credit card, we'll see! Bottom line dont waste your time with hotels.com.
