They promised gas cards for our booking and then said we did not put the code in. They are very rude and unresponsive. Go direct to hetels you will get a better rate and service. Their DEAL was higher than calling the hotel and getting the regular rate. with a lillte work we reserved the same room for 20% less. Called hotels.com (on hold for thirty min.) and they could not match the rate we received, they said they will fully refund our credit card, we'll see! Bottom line dont waste your time with hotels.com. Don’t believe a word of the ads!
