It's not about empowerment to the masses, it's about 'champagne socialism' ... feeling you've done something good but want something great in return. If RED had adopted a Robin Hood stance [steal from the brand whores to give to the needy] I wouldn't be so angry about it, but it doesn't, it pretends to be the Mother Teresa of Charities and it so isn't. I've just written ANOTHER piece about all this so feel free to have a look and tell me what you think. I personally feel the Paul Newman thing I talk about is an area that deserves more exposure, especially when you see the results its obtained for little or no media hopplah!
